We are partnering with a leading player in the fresh produce industry seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to join their growing sales team. If you have a strong background in retail sales within the produce industry and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional service and support.
  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new customer opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and develop strategic sales plans to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement profitable B2B sales initiative
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfactio
  • Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand presence and build new connections.
Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail, grocery, produce, and/or B2B sales.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effective.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other sales-related. 
  • In-Person Collaboration: Willingness to work on-site in Philadelphia.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset.
