Our client, an established real estate group, is currently seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join their team as a Receptionist. This role is pivotal in creating positive first impressions and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations:
    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Manage incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to reflect a positive image of the company.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service to residents, potential buyers, and other stakeholders.
    • Address inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
    • Assist with inquiries related to the company's products and services.
  • Executive Support:
    • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the Owner to provide administrative support.
    • Manage and schedule appointments for the executive team as needed.
    • Handle basic administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the office.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Relay messages promptly and accurately to ensure smooth communication flow.
    • Manage email correspondence and assist in drafting communications as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office software and phone systems.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
