Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide recruitment support by sourcing candidates through diverse channels and delivering innovative solutions to meet hiring needs. This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight. You will contribute to building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using various methods, including proactive outreach, social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Design and execute creative strategies to attract top talent in specialized fields.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Effectively handle a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required, with experience using iCIMS strongly preferred.
  • Strong consultative and strategic skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in leveraging sourcing tools, job boards, and social media platforms to identify candidates.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to develop and implement innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Successful completion of background checks and compliance with any applicable regulatory requirements.
