Responsibilities

  • Strategic Asset Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, meticulously curating high occupancy rates, minimizing turnover, and ensuring seamless, efficient operations that exceed tenant expectations.
  • Property Leadership: Spearhead property operations, deftly navigating the realms of sales, marketing, and tenant satisfaction to create a harmonious and attractive living environment for residents.
  • Operational Excellence: Engineer a robust operational framework by developing cutting-edge infrastructure and streamlined processes. Nurture and empower a dynamic property management team, fostering their growth and collective success.
  • Financial Acumen Execute budgets and implement business plans, fostering financial health across the portfolio. Active involvement in community renovations ensures modernization and sustained value appreciation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge and cultivate meaningful relationships with tenants, vendors, and key partners. Your adept collaboration ensures cohesive operations and cultivates a sense of community within the properties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, coupled with 10+ years of senior living/multifamily real estate experience.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Project management expertise, driving immediate impact and operational efficiency.
  • Resolute conflict resolution skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Financial acumen, revenue management experience are a plus.
  • Savvy in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, high-energy work environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region and spend time both in-office and on-site.
