Our client in Radnor, PA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the HR function and make a significant impact within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of HR experience and the ability to manage multiple facets of HR operations with a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruiting process to attract talent.
• Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee relations issues.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires.
• Foster a positive work environment and address any employee concerns effectively.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
