Our client is currently seeking a charismatic and results-driven individual to join their team as a Leasing Manager. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. You will play a vital role in showcasing their properties, converting leads into leases, and fostering a positive and welcoming community for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Leasing: Greet prospective residents with a warm and friendly demeanor, conduct property tours, and highlight the unique features and amenities of our properties. Utilize your exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate the value of living in our community and convert prospects into signed leases.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to prospects and residents alike. Respond to inquiries promptly, address concerns, and build strong relationships to create a positive living experience for all residents.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies, follow up on leads, and maintain a database of prospective residents.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the local real estate market, competitor properties, and industry trends to effectively position our properties in the market.
  • Lease Administration: Assist prospects with the leasing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and leasing regulations.
  • Resident Relations: Foster a sense of community by organizing resident events and engaging with residents regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Rental Collections: Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate rent collection, and follow up on any delinquent accounts according to company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with prospects, residents, and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is a plus.
